Rules and Conditions
Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd., “Organizer” of “The 42nd Motor Expo” or THE 42nd THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2025, has prepared coupons for the “Buy a Car, Win a Car” lucky draw, with the following rules:

1. “Organizer” refers to Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd. and Public Media and Communications Co., Ltd.
 “Seller” refers to manufacturers and/or distributors of new cars that have contracted to exhibit at “The 42nd Motor Expo” or THE 42nd THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2025 at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani.
 “Lucky Draw Participant” refers to those who book and/or purchase a new car at “The 42nd Motor Expo” from the “Seller”.
2. “Lucky Draw Participant” must scan the QR Code designated by the “Organizer” to register and fill in complete information, and present proof of booking and/or purchasing a new car at the event to the staff at the activity registration point.
3. “Lucky Draw Participant” will receive a coupon after successful registration. The coupon will state the number of entitlements received. For every 100,000 Baht of the actual booked and/or purchased car value, 1 entitlement will be received (fractions less than 100,000 Baht are not counted).
4. There is 1 grand prize: an AVATR 11 STANDARD RANGE car, worth 2,099,000 Baht (two million ninety-nine thousand Baht exactly).
5. The “Organizer” will conduct a draw to find the first lucky winner and 10 reserves on January 21, 2026, at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani, with 10 honorable committee members as witnesses.
6. "Organizer" will contact the lucky "Lucky Draw Participant" who won the prize via the mobile phone number provided and send a registered reply-mail to confirm receipt of the prize, one person at a time in order.
7. The “Lucky Draw Participant” who has been informed by the “Organizer” as a lucky winner must be able to present proof of registration as the owner of the car booked and/or purchased at the event, with the transfer from the “Seller” completed before January 21, 2026, to the “Organizer” within 30 days from the date the “Organizer” sends the notification letter to the “Lucky Draw Participant” to be eligible for the prize. Otherwise, the “Lucky Draw Participant” will be deemed to forfeit the prize, and the “Organizer” will use the name of the reserve “Lucky Draw Participant” in order to be eligible for the prize instead and follow the procedures of rule 6 until a winner is found.
8. The prize winner cannot exchange the prize for cash and will be responsible for all withholding tax and car transfer expenses.
9. The prize winner allows the "Organizer" to use their full name (given name-surname) and audio recordings, along with still/moving images, on the prize receipt day for the Organizer's public relations.
10. The “Organizer” will announce the winners' names on the websites motorexpo.co.th, autoinfo.co.th, via LINE @motorexpo in February 2026, and in “Formula” and 4 WHEELS magazines in the April 2026 issue.
11. Employees and their families of Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, as well as employees and their families of companies, organizations, agencies, and individuals involved in organizing this program, are not eligible to participate.
12. The decision of the “Organizer” shall be final.
